As part of our ‘Leading at All Levels’ Development Programme, we’ve recently engaged Mike Bates, aka The Atlantic Grappler to understand and embed his ‘MINDset’ principles.
Mike has brought in some truly unique and inspiring experiences, from being a Royal Marines Commando – leading military teams in challenging, life or death situations, to building one of the fastest growing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academies of its type in the world.
We believe it’s important to challenge the status quo and do things differently. Mike has brought a great deal of insight and inspiration to the team, all through his very real and extraordinary experiences. No doubt this will continue to help drive personal development and growth within our team.
