DCR Partners recently hosted a virtual roundtable event to discuss “Exit Strategies: Managing Supply Chain Departures.” This session delved into critical considerations and best practices for organisations navigating supplier exits and off-boarding processes.

The purpose of this virtual roundtable event was to facilitate collaborative discussions and knowledge-sharing on supply chain resilience, with a specific focus on the topic of supply chain exit.
